As part of the celebrations for National Poetry Day, Mrs Hanson ran a poetry writing competition throughout the month of October. Pupils in Years 7, 8 and 9 were asked to submit poems on the topic of Choices which was the theme for National Poetry Day.
Several fantastic poems were submitted, however there could only be one winner in each Year group. Each winner was presented with a book voucher for W H Smith. The winners were:
- Hamza Year 7
- Danyal Year 8
- Madihah Year 9
