YoungMinds Crisis Messenger

Contact for free 24/7 support across the UK if you are experiencing a mental health crisis. If you need urgent help, text YM to 85258. All texts are answered by trained volunteers, with support from experienced clinical supervisors.

CAMHS

CAMHS stands for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. This is accessed via the NHS but in most cases you will need a referral from your GP to access them. More information can be found here.

Kooth is your online mental wellbeing community. It is free, safe and anonymous. Access support from other young people and professionals.
