Kooth.com Online Counselling Support

The NHS have commissioned an online counselling, advice and support service for young people in Blackburn with Darwen from the age of 11- 25 called Kooth.com

It is a completely safe, anonymous website where young people in the Lancashire area can go to gain advice, support and guidance from BACP qualified and DBS checked counsellors, up to 10 o’clock at night, 365 days a year.

Experienced counsellors can give emotional support to young people with a wide range of issues, from just having a bad day or falling out with their friends, to more serious issues such as bullying, stress, anxiety, depression, family relationships, sexuality and eating disorders etc.

With no long waiting times and no minimum criteria, the award winning website Kooth.com is a fantastic way for young people to get the help and support they need, particularly for those that are waiting for CAMHS or do not meet their criteria.
