We had a fantastic turnout at the cross country event this year with over 30 runners competing.
All of the pupils were a credit to the school and contributed to Pleckgate finishing 4th overall from schools in the borough.
Uzair of year 10 deserves a special mention. Competing against runners from year 11 and sixth form, Uzair put on a performance of star quality to finish 1st in the race.
Well done to all the runners who took part.
